As the holiday approaches I am reminded at how grateful we, as owners and coaches, are grateful for the members who make up the CF13S community. Your determination, effort and desire to make a positive change in your lives is inspiring to us each and every day. 25 push balls (20/14)
25 gymnastics move you’re thankful for
25 push balls (20/14)
20 gymnastics move you’re thankful for
25 push balls (20/14)
15 gymnastics move you’re thankful for
25 push balls (20/14)
10 gymnastics move you’re thankful for

A pushball is done just like a wall ball, but you do not perform a full squat. Dip and drive like a push press … and then toss it up.

The movement you’re thankful for can be something that you have been working on this year, something that you would like to practice, or something you’re already good at and are thankful for the skillz!
