It's Pumpkin Spice Season! 🎃

Time to break out the 13 Stars hoodies!

Items for the week…

  1. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday we’re going to be working off of our 3RM clean, deadlift, and power clean numbers from last week respectively.
  2. This is the last build week for our current strength cycle. Next week will be re-testing our 1RMs! 😎

NOTE: when available, we are going to be linking the movements in our weekly workouts to a Youtube video as a refresher of the exercise.
