Wednesday – skill (rope climbs) + long metcon
Thursday – skill (mobility/stretching) + long metcon
Friday – skill (endurance re-test) + long metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
