1-10min, that many kb swings per min
11-20min, that many box jumps per min
21-30min, that many chest touches per min
Confused? Allow me to explain. So, in minute 1 you will be doing 1 kb swing. In minute 10 you will be doing 10 kb swings. In minute 11 you will switch to doing 11 box jumps. Capeesh?
Your goal is to complete all 30 minutes worth, but if in any minute you are unable to do the required reps, then your workout has come to an end.
