The last SteelFit workout is this Friday at 7pm! Athletes and spectators are both welcome! Hope to see everyone there!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon
Tuesday – strength (push jerk + clean)
Wednesday – skill work (pull-ups / kipping / butterfly) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (power clean) + short metcon
Friday – skill work (core work) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
