The Annie, affectionately re-named Annie-dog for our resident mascot, is a great WOD that requires consistent core strength and consistent breathing to maintain a fast pace throughout.

We last did this WOD on 10/25/13. So, for anyone who was with us back in the early days, take a look in your journals to see what time you are gunning for.
