WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (1000m time trial) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (front squats 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (fall goalswork) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (split jerks 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Friday – strength (deadlifts + back squats 1RM re-test)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
