Week of March 5th

Thank you to all of our members for coming out to the 2nd annual Morristown Moves! And thank you to everyone who encouraged a friend to come give us a shot as well and are always helping to spread the good word about our community.

We have our 1RM re-tests coming up this week!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (deadlifts 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (1RM box jump) + long metcon
Wednesday – strength (hang power cleans + press 1RM re-test)
Thursday – skill (overhead squats) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
