WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (power snatch 5RM) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (push jerk 5RM) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (sots press) + long metcon
Friday – strength (overhead squats + snatch 5RM)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
