WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – labor day (holiday workout)
Tuesday – short strength (power clean) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (clean + split jerks)
Friday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
