WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – strength (clean 1RM test)
Tuesday – skill (muscle-up work) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (bench press 1RM test) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (hang cleans) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (power clean 1RM test) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
