On October 12 our friends at RedShed CrossFit will be hosting their annual breast cancer fundraiser. This is a quick fun, 10 minute workout that we have done in the past and it helps to support an amazing cause!

You can donate even if you don’t workout 🙂

Festivities ?will start at 6:30pm

Admission ?at the door is $25 adult/$15 kids (yes your kids can do it too)

100% donated to Friend 2 Friend. They provide mammograms to women in Sussex County who can’t afford them.

Mingling/eating dinner ?will follow after the WOD! And it is BYOB?!

Feel free to bring a friend/spouse/neighbor/kids?!
