We are kicking off our next strength cycle this week. We will be testing our 1RM back squat, front squat, and deadlift this cycle. Strength day will be push jerks for percentages and back squats, and our short strength days will be for front squat and deadlift work.

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (squat accessory work) + benchmark (“Morals Moran”)
Tuesday – strength (push jerk + back squat 1RM test)
Wednesday – short strength (deadlift 1RM test) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (pull-up accessory work) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (front squat 1RM test) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
