Memorial Day 2026! 🇺🇸

The unofficial start to the summer is here, and with it … our annual Murph challenge on Monday! We hope to see you all there tackling the workout in whatever capacity you’re able to this year!

Items for the week…

  1. Murph on Monday with 7am, 8am, and 9am classes!
  2. We are using our rep max numbers from two weeks ago for our presses (Monday), overhead squats (Wednesday), and push presses (Friday) this week.
  3. Our FIT360 classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday mornings this week.
