This week we will be starting our next 7-week strength cycle. This strength cycle will focus around the snatch. On strength days we will work on the snatch and the bench press. During our short strength days we will work on the power snatch and the thruster.
And Fitness For All:
This Saturday our very own Toyota parts salesmen, Ryan Johnson, will be competing at Heroes Journey’s “And Fitness For All” as part of a duo. Heroes Journey put on a great event in October, so I expect a great event this time around too. Head out and support if you are around on Saturday!

Monday – strength (bench press + snatch 1RM test)
Tuesday – skill (1 mile run) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (thruster 1RM test) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (bulletproof shoulders) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (power snatch 1RM test) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
