Cops and Robbers 5k:
Thank you to PJ, Jess, Craig, Stephen, Allison, Vicky and Tim for joining Julie and I at the 5k on Sunday. A great day with a number of PRs!

And Fitness For All:
And excellent work by Mr. Ryan Johnson on Saturday at Heroes Journey’s ‘And Fitness For All’ with a 195# 1RM clean and jerk as well as a WIIIIIIDE assortment of other moves completed throughout the 5 events.

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – benchmark (blackjack)
Tuesday – strength (bench press + snatch 1RM test)
Wednesday – skill (snatch balance) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (power snatch) + short metcon
Friday – short strength (thruster) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
