Our official Grand Opening fiesta has been planned. It is going to be on Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. All are welcome, so if you have a friend or family member who is interested in CrossFit, bring them along! We would love to meet them. There will be food, beverages (and adult beverages), an intro individual workout, and a partner workout (similar to our Saturday classes). There is no charge for the day, but we are asking for the donation of a few canned goods. Everything collected will be donated to the Market Street Mission here in town. Even though it is a holiday on Monday we will still have a regular, full class schedule.
Excellent classes on Saturday! We will have to incorporate “bring sally up, bring sally down” more often after all of the incredibly positive feedback we received from it!
I mentioned this to a few of you last week, but Julie put together a binder for everyone and anyone who would like to use it to track their WODs. It is found right on top of the shelf unit w/ the t-shirts in the baskets. Feel free to grab a 2-page section for yourself, and start jotting down some numbers. The lift numbers are especially helpful to write down, so you know where you stand when we move towards heavier sets of a particular lift.
You are still able to track all of your WODs through ZenPlanner, the binder is just another way to track numbers.
