Announcements:
On Thanksgiving morning (Thursday, November 27th) CF13S is getting a team together to run the 8th annual Morris Township Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot 5k. The race is at Ginty Field (on Woodland Ave, off of South Street) and registration starts at 7:00am. So far we have eight (8) members who are interested in running, and we would love to see more! If you are going to run, please wear your CF13S shirts to represent the team!

We will also be having two (2) classes on Thanksgiving morning at 8:00am and 9:00am with a twist to the workout that we have not done at CF13S yet! Those will be the only classes on Thursday. On Friday we will be having three (3) classes at 8:00am, 9:00am and 10:00am.
