Tuesday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon
Wednesday – strength (clean + split jerks)
Thursday – skill (pull-ups) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (power clean) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
