Tuesday – short strength (push press) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Wednesday – skill (shoulder/midline work) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Thursday – strength (deadlift + press) / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Friday – short strength (hang power clean) / FIT360 (8:30am)
Saturday – individual workout @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner workout @ 9:00am
