Week of August 8th

THIS WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 10TH AT 7:30PM … I would appreciate if folks could stick around after the 6:30pm class to help us with some Civilian Military Combine planning. The director of the CMC is coming to town, and we’d like to do some planning for The PIT. Just to get an idea of how things will run.

If we can get 6 to 8 people to workout at the 6:30pm and then stick around that would be perfect. I don’t think we’ll be there more than an hour. Or if you are a morning exerciser, and want to just come in and help us out at night that would be lovely too.

If you can come and help please leave a comment below or shoot me a message so I know how many to expect. More the merrier!

Monday – skill (strict press) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (power clean) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (bulgarian split squats) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (push jerk + clean)
Friday – short strength (bench press) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
