Monday – short strength (power snatch 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (pull-up work) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (split jerk 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (handstand work) + long metcon
Friday – strength (bench press + snatch 1RM re-test)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
