NEW CLASS TO SCHEDULE
As of this week we will be starting the 7:15am class on Monday and Tuesday mornings. Monday and Tuesday are always our busiest days of the week, so in an effort to alleviate the packed house at the 6:15am we wanted to give folks an option who aren’t pressed for time in the morning. Thank you for being patient with us, and we hope folks will take advantage to ensure everyone always has plenty of room to work up a good sweat in the morning!
Our next Yoga with Jessie has been scheduled for Saturday, July 25th @ 10am immediately after the 9am class. Mark those calendars, and click here to sign-up ahead of time in Zen! Cash will also be accepted at the door … $10 for members and $15 for non-members. We will not have yoga mats in the gym, so if you have one please bring it!

Monday – skill work (power cleans) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon / teen fitness
Wednesday – skill work (core work) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (clean + hang power snatch) / teen fitness
Friday – benchmark (“Cindy“)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
