Week of June 3rd

Welcome to June! And to our next strength cycle! We will be testing our 1RM press, push press, and hang power clean this week.

WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (push press 1RM test) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Wednesday – skill (rope climbs) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Thursday – strength (deadlift + press 1RM test) / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Friday – short strength (hang power clean 1RM test) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Saturday – individual workout @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner workout @ 9:00am
