WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (front squats) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill work (fall goals) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (overhead suqats) + short metcon
Thursday – skill work (core work) + long metcon
Friday – strength (split jerk + back squat)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
