Tuesday – short strength (push press) + short metcon / teen fitness
Wednesday – strength (clean + hang power snatch)
Thursday – skill work (summer goals) + long metcon / teen fitness
Friday – short strength (bulgarian split squats) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
