Strength:
5 split jerks @ 50%, 5 @ 60% & 5 @ 70%
then
1RM power clean

It’s 1 rep max time, folks! We are looking forward to seeing how much progress everyone has made, and seeing where everyone is at, weight-wise, by the end of the day tomorrow. So, if you can make it, please do, as it is always helpful to know where you stand with each lift.

I posted this on Facebook as well, but we are putting in a bulk order (to save a few bucks) with Steve’s Paleo Good. If you have never heard of Steve’s, it is a non-profit organization in the Camden area that sells fantastic Paleo products to help support the CrossFit gym they open up to inner city youth for free.

You can take a look at their products here. If you would like something, please send me a list (items and quantity of each) as soon as as you can, as we would like to have the order arrive by the grand opening.
