Week of February 3rd

Our first official Paleo Challenge is kicking off on February 16th (aka the day after the grand opening). The entry fee is $5 (winner take all), and your final score will be based on five (5) categories. Look for a post this week outlining all of the details. If you want in, toss your name on the whiteboard next to the bathroom!

Please remember to log into Zen and sign-up for whatever class you are going to be attending.

Thursday – benchmark
Friday – strength
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
