10 sit-ups (20/14; out-stretched arms whole time)
10 bird dogs (each side, 3sec pause each time)
10 strict T2B
10 second l-sit hold from paralettes

WOD:
20-15-10-5 power cleans (135/95)
400m-300m-200m-100m row
20 double unders / 60 singles
