I apologize for yesterday’s WOD not being on the site … the site was having “one of them days” as Monica would say.

The night classes talk a lot about food, and carbs in particular, so when I came across this article I thought it was a good one to share. “The Best Carbs For Fat Loss and Muscle Gain” talks about which carbs, starches in particular, are helpful to maximize your time spent in the gym. It talks about both Paleo and non-Paleo options (remember, Paleo is not a low carb diet) for folks following different schools of thought with food.
