Week of February 9th

Thank you to everyone who has already donated, every little bit is appreciated by the families. We will be accepting donations until the end of the month, so if you would like to donate, please mention to a coach that you will be leaving your money on the desk and that it is for the victims of the fire. Thank you again!

We have already sold a bunch of wraps, but if you would like a pair, please get them before the color you want is gone. It will most likely be a little while before we order another batch!

We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Monday – short strength (snatch) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill work + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (weighted push-ups) + short metcon
Thursday – benchmark
Friday – strength (hang power clean + push press)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
