60 double unders / 120 singles

10 plate push-ups

It should never come as a surprise that what we eat can affect all parts of our body, even the chemicals that balance us out. This article that cites a NOVA research study, talks about how foods that cause inflammation increase the amount of cytokines found in our body. “It also happens that people suffering from depression are loaded with cytokines.” You are able to look at any amount of research with a skeptical eye, because there is always going to be research refuting research … but just know that food does and will affect all areas of your body, and that includes your state of mind.
