Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated Baby Owen (aka ODV) on Saturday. We appreciated every single one of you who came out to workout, chat, eat, and celebrate our community … and the future addition to it! A big thanks to Cerino, Jenna, Dan and Jess for helping organize the day, cooking, setting up and making sure nobody went hungry or thirsty!

Thank you as well to Erin for leading us through some helpful mobility as well. We hope everyone found it worthwhile and heard things they can take back home to help them work on their flexibility and mobility outside of the gym. The half hour went VERY quickly, so we are hoping to do another in the future to continue educating our members on ways to improve.

We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Weekly WOD Schedule:
Monday – short strength (warming up power clean / clean and jerk weights) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill work (spring goals) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (split jerk) + short metcon
Thursday – strength (bench press + deadlift)
Friday – skill work (core work) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
