After what a lot of you were telling me was a “good, but very tough” week of workouts, I found an Active Recovery vs. Rest Day article from Box Life Magazine which briefly talks about why it’s important to keep the body moving, if even for a slow jog or long walk after a few hard workouts to make sure the lactic acid build-up in your muscles and blood keeps moving to avoid overall soreness.
