Week of June 16th

We have mentioned this to a number of our classes in the past few weeks, but as our numbers grow, it is becoming increasingly more important that you reserve your spot in whichever class you would like to attend. We program for a max of 12 athletes to ensure safety for all of you. Please keep that in mind.

Monday – benchmark
Tuesday – strength
Wednesday – skill work + long metcon
Thursday – short strength + short metcon
Friday – skill work + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
