8 minute time cap: 400m run, 500m row & max effort burpees (test)

This is going to be our test for the month of March, now that the weather is coming around and we can mix in some more running!

3 minutes of work x 4 rounds
30 box jumps (24/20)
max effort wall balls
2 minutes rest

You are going to have 3 minutes to complete 30 box jumps, and then however many wall balls you can do in that remaining chunk of 3 minutes. You are going to rest for 2 minutes, and then repeat 3 more times.
