Hang Power Cl: 3×3 @ 90% of 1RM
then
Press: 1RM (re-test)

We last tested our press 1RM on 01/19. If you were in class that day you can find your number here.

A few reminders …
– squeeze your core down before you move, and hold on to it all the way through the end of the rep
– get your head through the window ASAP … as soon as the bar passes your forehead
– have you tried the ‘suicide grip’ yet? … no thumb around the bar
– chin-to-chest, move your head NOT your back
– make big weight jumps where you can, and small weight jumps when necessary
