SKILL
3×5 snatch balances (from the rig)

With each set of five aim to go a little bit heavier, and a little bit lower, with the goal that you are landing in a full squat by the third set.

WOD
15min EMOM
1 barbell complex (50% of b/w; from rig)
1 rope climb

The barbell complex is going to be 3 front squats, 3 push jerk, and 3 back squats.
