I know we preach about rest and recovery a lot. So much so that maybe you think we don’t like you. Quite the contrary. We like you SO much we want to make sure that you are happy and healthy and working out with us for a long, long, long, long time. I was sent this article today “Recovery vs. Rest” from the good folks at Whole9Life. It is a fantastic breakdown of what you should be actively doing during each and every recovery period. A great read.
