back squat 5 @ 75%, 5 @ 80%, 5 @ 85%

WOD:

4 cleans (185/135)
max effort push-ups
1min rest

This workout is not for time, although you should pick a weight that you able to perform touch-and-go cleans. As soon as you are done with your cleans, you should take a breathe, compose yourself and then begin the push-ups. Aim to always beat your last set of push-ups!
