3RFT
10 box jumps (20/24)
10 burpees to plate
5 burpee box jump overs
400m run
This is the test WOD for our Runner’s Challenge.
Announcement:
The Running Challenge is going to be used as an overall improvement of your cardio (if you feel you are lacking) and will be done outside of the gym as a supplement to your daily workouts. The WOD will be performed at the beginning and the end (just like the Paleo Challenge) to see how much you have improved.
