Today starts the new schedule, so please take note:

  • The 5:15am and 6:15am are not changing
  • The 9:30am will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (please remember to reserve a spot at least 30 minutes before class)
  • The 3:30pm is back on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
  • The 5:00pm is becoming the 5:30pm
  • The 6:00pm is becoming the 6:30pm
