Summer Program for Students

The summer program at CrossFit 13 Stars is designed for students on break from school as well as student athletes looking to continue their school year training in the off-season with improvements in strength, conditioning, and overall performance on and off the field/court.

Trained by CrossFit Level 2 coaches, students will work on improving multiple components of fitness including strength, power, speed, agility, balance, endurance, flexibility and accuracy. Dynamic stretching and extensive mobility work will be done before and after classes to ensure optimal performance and injury prevention. This mobility work will be techniques that athletes will be able to apply through their sports season.

We are capping our student program to ten (10) students, so please reach out sooner than later if you are interested.

JOIN w/ A FRIEND

Join with a friend and pay $275 for three (3) and a half months. A breakdown of $78/month with the $50 savings. Enjoy unlimited classes until September 1st. You are welcome whenever a class is scheduled. There will be one (1) payment at the start of your membership. *Taxes not included.

Join today and pay $325 for three (3) and a half months. A breakdown of $92/month. Enjoy unlimited classes until September 1st. You are welcome whenever a class is scheduled. There will be one (1) payment at the start of your membership. *Taxes not included.

For all full-time high school and college students, ages 14 and up.
