Week of May 20th

A very big thank you to everyone who supported, donated, helped out, or worked out to make this weekend’s OUTWOD a huge success! Everyone had a great time, we met some great athletes in our community, and just about the entire room went out to Revolution afterwards to hang out! It was a great day. We look forward to the next one!

WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (power clean 1RM re-test) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Tuesday – skill (handstand work) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Wednesday – strength (overhead squat + clean 1RM re-test) / FIT360 (8:30am)
Thursday – skill (rowing work) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Friday – short strength (bench press 1RM re-test) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Saturday – individual workout @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner workout @ 9:00am
