Tuesday – short strength (push jerk) + short metcon
Wednesday – strength (overhead squats + snatch)
Thursday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (power snatch) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
