– kipping handstand push-ups
– pike push-ups from box
– kb presses from kneeling position
– handstand push-up hold
– practice getting into a handstand

WOD
E3MOM for 5 rounds…
3 front squats (50% of 1RM)
6 kb snatches (35/26; alternating arms)
9 atomic sit-ups (25/15)
