WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (pull-up accessory work – week 4 of 8) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (front squat) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (squat accessory work – week 4 of 8) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (deadlift) + short metcon
Friday – strength (push jerk + back squat)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
