Monday – skill (muscle-up work) + long metcon
Tuesday – strength (bench press + snatch 1RM test)
Wednesday – short strength (split jerk 1RM test) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (power snatch 1RM test) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
