We hope to see everyone on Monday for the annual Murph workout! Remember, you are welcome to come in and do any variation (ie. a half Murph, a quarter Murph, a partner Murph, etc) of the workout you would like with any modifications (ie. ring rows, jumping pull-ups, air squats to a box or ball, push-ups to pads, etc) that you think will allow you to be successful and challenged! Our Murph classes are at 8am, 9am, or 10am. Hope to see you there!

Monday – benchmark (murph)
Tuesday – skill (mobility) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Wednesday – skill (rope climbs) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Thursday – skill (core work) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Friday – skill (cardio test) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Saturday – individual workout @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner workout @ 9:00am
