A very big thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy our 9th annual 13S Holiday Party this past Thursday! It was great seeing everyone chat in normal clothing without needing to wipe sweat off their brow every 10 seconds.

- Our 1RM re-test week is upon us! We will be testing our press, overhead squat, and push press on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday respectively. Dig up those 1RM test numbers from 7 weeks ago and plan to blow them out of the water!
- We will be testing out our brand new (and hopefully shed-free) climbing ropes on Monday! Thank you to Stu for installing them!
